Member control
Personal services and the mobile app will use role-based access. Each person will see only the functions and data they need, while sensitive administrative actions will be logged.

Wellbeing monitoring will be designed around a clear purpose, informed members, an appropriate basis for data processing, agreed indicators and access limited to responsible roles.
Minimum payment data
Connected payment providers or banks will process payments. SpilnoAI will use only the data needed for an invoice, contribution status, communication and reconciliation; the system will not require full card details.
Member-controlled profiles
AI may suggest data for automatic prefilling, while the member sees its origin, confirms or corrects values and controls the visibility of profile fields.
Room for correction
We are designing a process for reporting errors, checking original sources and adding clarifications to a profile.
People make decisions
Recommendations and early signals help identify a next step. A person reviews the context; legally significant, disciplinary and other important decisions remain with the member and properly authorised people.
Data on this website
This informational website has no registration and does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Clicking an email address opens your email application, while clicking the phone number opens your calling app; you choose whether to send or call. Hosting may keep standard technical request logs for site operation and security.
