A club, association, foundation, cluster, holding or other organisation creating a digital home for its community.
Your community.A role for everyone.
A separate mobile product designed first for community members. Thematic groups will help people find relevant peers, while detailed profiles will help members understand one another. Founders, the leader and administrators will receive capabilities suited to their responsibilities.
One app with a different experience for each role
After signing in, each person will see capabilities for their role and be able to interact in thematic groups. AI will help prefill a detailed profile from permitted data, explain missing fields, remind the member of the next step and help them complete the profile. The member will review, confirm or correct suggested information. If human help is needed or progress stops, the app will escalate the request to a leader or administrator under agreed rules. Founders will see the strategic picture, the leader will see current operations and escalations, and administrators will have tools to maintain data, access and workflows.
Who this product is for
Founder, board, executive director, community lead or development director.
Members, founders, leaders, board members, community managers, administrators, finance managers, wellbeing leads and moderators.
Members receive convenient interaction; the organisation receives governed processes, roles and a coherent activity view.
Problem and typical situations
News, profiles, events, dues, documents and requests are often spread across chats and tools. Members struggle to find what they need while administrators struggle with roles, data quality and a consistent experience.
When the product becomes useful
- The community has outgrown one chat
- Member profiles are incomplete or stale
- Different roles require different capabilities
- Events, documents, dues and voting are fragmented
- The organisation wants to add modules gradually
Planned solution scope
Roles and shared spaces in the app
The app will combine four role-based workspaces, thematic groups and detailed profiles. Fields, modules and access rules will be configured for each organisation.
Community member
A personal workspace, membership status, news and events, thematic groups, messages, documents and dues, voting, comments, support requests and profile visibility settings.
Thematic groups
A catalogue and search for groups by interest, sector, region, project or other organisation-defined themes. Members can join, receive suggestions, communicate and access their group’s events, materials and decisions.
Detailed member profile
Agreed fields covering experience, expertise, interests, companies and projects, offers, needs, contacts and community participation. Members will control field visibility and confirm AI-suggested data.
Founder or founding group
A strategic view of development, key indicators, initiatives and thematic areas, aggregated trends, critical escalations and matters requiring a founder decision.
Organisation leader
The daily operational picture: activity and profile completeness, group development, team tasks, unresolved requests, dues, early signals and support escalations.
Administrators
Member records and profiles, invitations and onboarding, thematic groups, roles and access, missing-field reminders, news, events, documents, payments and profile completion support.

- 03
Help complete the profile
Show a completeness indicator, explain the value of each field, ask short follow-up questions and send reminders under an agreed sequence.
- 04
Involve a person when needed
If the member requests help or cannot complete the process, send the leader or administrator the list of missing fields and the context needed to assist.
Data and sources
- Member-supplied profile and settings
- Organisation membership and role register
- Community news, events, documents and resources
- Connected-module status
- Voluntary requests, offers and interactions
Planned roles and permissions
- Member: own profile, visibility, groups, events, dues and requests
- Founder: community goals, module configuration and agreed summary measures
- Leader: operational priorities, responsible people, escalations and response tracking
- Board member: authorised reports, documents and future collective decision modules
- Community manager: member engagement, introductions, events and group support
- Administrator: accounts, roles, settings and profile completion assistance
- Finance manager: dues, invoices, payment reconciliation and permitted exceptions
- Wellbeing lead: agreed signals, private support requests and assistance records
- Moderator: group rules, complaints, disputed material and agreed content actions
Human or expert involvement
Administrators will manage rules and roles, moderators will review disputed content, and responsible people will handle support requests, financial exceptions and profile completion difficulties.
What the product does not do
- Does not expose all data to every role
- Does not publish suggested profile data without confirmation
- Does not run voting or elections without approved rules
- Does not replace organisation governance decisions
What the community will receive
One place for interaction
Members will have mobile access to a detailed profile, thematic groups, news, events, documents, payments, decisions and available services.
More complete and useful profiles
AI-assisted prefilling, a clear completeness indicator, reminders and support will reduce manual work and help members present themselves effectively.
Role-based control
Founders, the leader and administrators will receive the right overview, visibility into thematic group development and a queue of support requests with least-privilege access to personal data.
Simple for members. Manageable for the team.
The mobile app will bring everyday community interaction into one place. Detailed profiles will help people find relevant peers, thematic groups will bring them together around shared interests, and role-based workspaces will help the organisation support members and growth in time.

Questions, answered
Will this be one app for everyone?
Yes, we envisage one mobile product with different workspaces. After signing in, each user will see functions for their role, while a person with multiple roles can switch between their permitted workspaces.
What will an ordinary member be able to do?
Use a detailed personal profile, thematic groups, membership information, news, events, messages, dues and documents, participation tools and support requests. The exact set will depend on the modules enabled by the organisation.
Can an organisation configure its own roles and permissions?
That capability is part of the product design. An organisation will be able to define and combine roles, assign permissions and restrict access to sensitive functions and data.
How does the app relate to other SpilnoAI products?
It will be a separate product and can also provide mobile access to selected services: dues, communications, voting, requests and AI for collaboration and launches. The organisation will choose which services to enable.
How will AI automatically fill the profile?
AI will compare data provided by the member, information from agreed organisation systems and permitted public sources. It will suggest field values with an explanation of their origin, while the member confirms, edits or rejects each suggestion.
How will the app help a member complete the profile?
It will show a completeness indicator, explain the value of missing fields, ask short follow-up questions and send reminders under organisation rules. The member can request human assistance at any point.
What happens if a member cannot complete the profile?
At the member’s request or after an agreed reminder sequence, the app will create a request for a leader or administrator. They will see where the difficulty occurred and can help finish the profile without asking again for information already provided.
Will every community receive the same configuration?
No. A pilot will select modules, roles, terminology and access levels for the actual processes of a club, foundation, association or corporate community.
How could voting and elections be added?
As separate future modules after agreeing participation, identity, secret or open ballots, quorum, audit and result-challenge rules.
